We are currently seeking a bright, energetic, and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and fast-paced team on an initial 3-month temporary contract, with the potential to become permanent.


The Role:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via telephone
  • Responding to customer emails efficiently and professionally
  • Managing live chat queries
  • Delivering outstanding customer service across all channels
  • Working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous customer service/call centre experience is essential
  • Experience handling inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
  • Excellent communication skills, both xwzovoh written and verbal
  • Positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Financial Services experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
