Female Complex Care Assistant – Kendal Guaranteed hours available Days & Nights | 12-hour shifts | £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay Routes Healthcare is recruiting Complex Care Assistants to support a client returning home to Morecambe.

New to Kendal — not new to care.
You might not know our name in this area yet, but Routes Healthcare has been delivering high-quality homecare and complex care across the North of England since 2009.
We're an established, CQC-registered provider bringing that same experience and clinical standard to Kendal.
Your role will include: Complex clinical care interventions Medication administration and health support Mobility, positioning, and personal care Accurate record keeping and working alongside healthcare professionals What we offer: £16.53 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay Guaranteed hours available, confirmed on successful completion of a 3-month probation period DBS paid for by Routes Travel to and from training covered Full-time hours available Consistent 12-hour shifts, days or nights 24/7 support from a dedicated team Generous referral scheme, up to £250! Wellbeing and mental health support What you'll need: Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle 6 months UK care experience (complex care preferred but not essential) Right to work in the UK Willingness to travel during the initial set-up phase Genuine passion for person-centred care This post is open to female applicants only, as a Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
