A trusted client has asked us to support them with the appointment of a Business Development Representative to join their growing team.

Flexible working arrangements Generous annual leave Company benefits package Career development opportunities About You We're looking for someone who: Has experience in recruitment, sales, business development or a similar role Is confident speaking to new people Enjoys building relationships Is commercially minded and motivated by results Has strong communication skills Is organised and pays attention to detail Is comfortable working towards targets Is ambitious and keen to progress About Your New Role Always Identify and engage with prospective clients Build and develop new business relationships Use a combination of phone, email and online channels to generate opportunities Research potential clients and understand their needs Qualify opportunities and work closely with the wider team Maintain accurate records xwzovoh and activity Work towards agreed targets and objectives Often Pick up the phone and start conversations with new people Research businesses and identify potential opportunities Try different approaches to improve results Work closely with colleagues to develop new opportunities Occasionally Get creative with your approach Try something that doesn't quite work and have another go Celebrate a particularly good month Never Be expected to sit around waiting for opportunities to appear Fight over the office thermostat.
