Work Pattern: Hybrid Working (2/3 Days)

Pay: £28 - £33 per hour

Contract:12-Months

Job Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join a leading design and construction team on a 12-month contract based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional with strong RIBA Stage 3-4 experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages.

Deliver projects through RIBA Stage 3-4

Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and drawing sets.

Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and industry standards.

Support the coordination and resolution of technical design issues.

Work collaboratively to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 
  
• 5+ years as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.

Demonstrable experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 3-4.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.

Strong working knowledge of Revit.

Experience producing detailed technical and construction drawings.

Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• 
  
• Experience working on large-scale commercial, residential, healthcare or education projects.

Knowledge of BIM coordination processes and standards.

Experience collaborating with contractors during the construction phase.

CIAT membership or relevant industry accreditation. xwzovoh

Previous experience working within a hybrid project delivery environment.
