Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Supporting credit control and customer account management.
Assisting with month-end procedures, including journals and reconciliations.
Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Supporting payroll administration where required.
Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Assisting with ad hoc finance and administrative duties.
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant or similar finance role.
Good understanding of transactional finance processes.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
