This role is ideal for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical expertise with proven team leadership experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring reporting accuracy, driving continuous improvement and supporting the ongoing development of the finance team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes
• Review management accounts and financial reporting
• Strengthen controls, processes and reporting quality
• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Support finance projects and business change

The Person

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Strong management accounting background
• Proven people management experience
• Excellent technical accounting knowledge
• Experience delivering process improvements and leading change
