<p><p>Job Opportunity Team Lead </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Team Lead </strong><strong> Domiciliary Care </strong> </p><p><strong>(Ref: W/TL/LS/08) </strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Temporary 6-Month FTC with possible extension </strong> </p><p><strong>35 hours per week </strong> </p><p><strong>Monday to Friday </strong> </p><p><strong>£25,951.85 plus mileage & benefits </strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Purpose: </strong> </p><p>Primarily Field based in Waterside, Cityside, Limavady & Strabane areas as required. </p><p><br></p><ul><li>Arrange initial visits to service user homes and completion of Service User Agreements along with the completion of risk assessments for and with service users </li><li>To contribute to the on-going assessment and review of need of each service user </li><li>To undertake and complete Quality Annual Monitoring visits with each service user </li><li>To check service user satisfaction by regular telephone contact </li><li>Deputise with the management of the day-to-day operations in the absence of the Service Manager </li><li>To carry out spot checks with staff and report outcomes to service manager </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Criteria: </strong> </p><ul><li>Minimum of 18 months paid experience supporting older people in a domiciliary/social care setting. </li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal & written </li><li>Flexible approach to working hours </li><li>Full driving licence and access to a car </li><li>Ability to provide on-call support to Care Workers outside of office hours. </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Application: </strong> </p><p>For more information, please contact the Human Resources Department Tel: or email: </p><p><br></p><p>Application packs are downloadable from </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Closing date for receipt of completed applications is 28th May 2026 at 12 noon. </strong> </p><p><br></p><p>We reserve the right to close this vacancy early if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
