Were <b>proud of our culture </b>, where people feel supported, respected and able to grow. </p><p/><p><b>The Team </b> </p><p/><p>Youll join our <b>Regional Underwriting team in London </b>, focused on managing and growing an <b>existing Real Estate and property portfolio </b>. </p><p>Its a supportive and collaborative environment, where people share knowledge, <b>work closely with brokers and RDMs </b>, and support each others development. </p><h3/><p><b>What you can expect in this role </b> </p><ul><li><p>Youll manage and underwrite an <b>existing Real Estate portfolio </b> </p> </li><li><p>Youll <b>work with brokers </b> and <b>R </b><b>DMs </b>to build trusted relationships </p> </li><li><p>Youll support <b>portfolio performance, retention and growth </b> </p> </li><li><p>Youll <b>assess risk </b> and contribute to underwriting and trading decisions </p> </li><li><p>Youll develop your knowledge of the <b>London Real Estate market </b> </p> </li> </ul><p/><p><b>What you might bring </b> </p><ul><li><p>Experience in underwriting <b>commercial property or Real Estate risks </b> </p> </li><li><p>An understanding of the <b>London Real Estate broker market </b>, or an interest in developing this </p> </li><li><p>A <b>collaborative approach </b> and enjoyment of working with others </p> </li><li><p>Confidence, or a willingness to build confidence, in <b>broker interactions </b> </p> </li><li><p>An organised and thoughtful way of working </p> </li><li><p>An interest in developing professionally, including working towards <b>CII qualifications </b> </p> </li><li><p>A motivated, positive approach with a willingness to learn and grow </p> </li> </ul><p/><p/><p> <b>Not sure you tick every box?
