These rotations include: </strong> </p><p><strong >●     Customer Service: Managing the client journey and ensuring seamless communication. </strong> </p><p><strong >●     Finance: Understanding the economic drivers and fiscal management of global shipping. </strong> </p><p><strong >●     Operations: Mastering the logistics of vessel movements and cargo handling. </strong> </p><p><strong >●     Sales: Developing the skills to grow our market presence and build lasting partnerships. </strong> </p> <h3><strong >What You Will Learn: </strong> </h3><p><strong >The SAIL program is more than just on-the-job training; it is a comprehensive curriculum designed to build your business acumen.
