As a complete end-to-end solutions provider, our client is involved in the <strong>design, build and maintenance </strong> of assets serving the <strong>Municipal, Industrial, Food & Beverage, Dairy and Pharmaceutical </strong> markets.<br>This opportunity would suit a candidate from a <strong>Mechanical or Electrical engineering background </strong> who is looking to build their career within a <strong>fast-paced, innovative engineering environment </strong>. Reporting directly to the <strong>Contracts Manager </strong>, the successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project delivery from award through to handover, while working across multidisciplinary teams and engaging with clients, suppliers and site personnel.<br>This is an excellent opening for an ambitious engineer with experience in <strong>project delivery, engineering coordination, contract administration, project planning, site management, design liaison, water treatment, wastewater treatment, industrial projects, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering </strong>.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities as Project Manager: </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Manage all aspects of projects </strong> from contract award through to client handover </li><li><strong>Coordinate design development </strong> through close liaison with designers and take responsibility for key design deliverables including <strong>GA drawings, P&IDs, PFDs, schematics and DRAs </strong> </li><li><strong>Arrange the purchasing and supply </strong>of equipment and materials required for successful delivery </li><li><strong>Prepare, update and report against project programmes </strong>, ensuring milestones and reporting requirements are achieved </li><li><strong>Monitor project budgets </strong> and maintain accurate cost trackers </li><li><strong>Take responsibility for health, safety and wellbeing on site </strong>, ensuring workplace procedures and policies are understood and followed </li><li><strong>Assist with tenders as required </strong>, including design input, pricing support and quality documentation </li> </ul><p><strong>Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience as Project Manager </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Third level degree or diploma </strong> in <strong>Mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering </strong>, or a similar relevant discipline </li><li><strong>Experience in a similar role </strong> within project delivery, contracts or engineering management </li><li><strong>Background in the design, build or operational phases </strong> of industrial projects </li><li><strong>Understanding of safety and commercial matters </strong> relating to project delivery </li><li><strong>Knowledge of common processes and equipment </strong> used in the <strong>Water and Wastewater Treatment </strong> sector </li><li><strong>Strong collaborative skills </strong> and the ability to work effectively within a team environment </li> </ul><p><strong>How to apply: </strong><br>If you believe this <strong>Project Manager </strong> role aligns with your experience, please apply via the button provided.
