You'll be responsible for leading and mentoring a growing design team, while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical Leadership to drive high-quality outcomes. </p><p><br>In this role, you'll design intuitive, user-centred experiences across advanced AI-driven products and workflows, while also influencing broader design strategy, design systems, research practices, and the adoption of emerging AI-enabled design approaches. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, fast-moving, and well-supported environment.<br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><br><strong>Responsibilities & Experience </strong> </p><ul><li>Lead, mentor, and support a growing Product Design team within a fast-scaling technology environment. </li><li>Remain hands-on across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and UX strategy through to high-fidelity UI and delivery. </li><li>Design intuitive, user-centred experiences for AI-driven platforms, enterprise applications, and complex workflows. </li><li>Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and technical stakeholders to shape product direction and improve user experience. </li><li>Contribute to the evolution of design systems, scalable design practices, and AI-assisted design workflows. </li><li>Translate complex technical requirements into clear, usable, and engaging digital experiences. </li><li>Use customer insight, usability feedback, and research to continuously improve products and workflows. </li> </ul><p><strong>Skills & Experience </strong> </p><ul><li>Strong experience in Product Design, UX, or Interaction Design within complex digital product environments. </li><li>Previous experience leading, mentoring, or managing designers within a product-led organisation. </li><li>Proven track record of designing and delivering enterprise, SaaS, or workflow-driven digital products. </li><li>Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, UX methodologies, and modern prototyping tools. </li><li>Comfortable working across both strategic product thinking and detailed hands-on design execution. </li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. </li><li>Interest or experience in AI technologies, AI-assisted workflows, or intelligent platforms would be advantageous. </li><li>Experience within regulated, security-conscious, or technically complex industries is beneficial. </li><li>Eligibility or willingness to obtain UK Security Clearance is desirable. </li> </ul><p><strong>What We Offer: </strong><br><strong>Meaningful, High-Impact Work </strong><br>You'll contribute to products that solve real operational challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies.
