We support our team members to reach their full potential in an inclusive environment that values diversity. </p><p><strong>The Role </strong> </p><p>An opportunity has arisen for two Operatives to join the Production Team, working a 3-shift rotating pattern. We are looking for a highly motivated, focused and driven individual who can demonstrate a positive can-do attitude together with excellent organisation skills. It is expected that the successful applicant will be a strong communicator with ability to support continuous drive for increased production output and reduced wastage. </p><p>Previous experience within a manufacturing process operation is preferred, but full training will be provided.
