What we do matters. </p><br><p>We are looking for a <b>Pre-sales professional </b> with deep understanding of <b>NHS operational workflows and Patient Administration System (PAS) solutions </b> . This role supports the full sales cycle by translating administrative needs into compelling solution demonstrations and contributing to high-quality bid responses for NHS partners. </p><br><p><b> Key Responsibilities: </b> </p><br><ul><li>Lead and deliver PAS/admin-focused demos aligned with NHS digital transformation goals </li><br><li>Translate complex NHS requirements into impactful software narratives </li><br><li>Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to tailor configurations </li><br><li>Support ROI cases and client-specific solution design </li><br><li>Prepare demo data, test environments, and customer-specific workflows </li><br><li>Build internal capability by sharing NHS workflow knowledge with technical and product teams </li><br><li>Contributes to solution shaping across acute, community or cross ICS bids </li><br><li>Manages multiple bid opportunities in parallel </li><br><li>Write and support high-quality bid responses, including ROI narratives </li><br><li>Represent System C at events, exhibitions, and client workshops </li><br></ul><br><p><b> Required Skills: </b> </p><br><ul><li>Deep knowledge of PAS solutions and NHS administration workflows </li><br><li>Confident presenter with ability to engage both non clinical and technical audiences </li><br><li>Skilled in demonstration delivery, objection handling, and bid support </li><br><li>Skilled in stakeholder management and proposal development </li><br><li>Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage pre-sales cycles and deadlines at pace </li><br></ul><br><p><b> Experience: </b> </p><br><ul><li>Previous experience pre-sales, consulting and / or healthcare technology </li><br><li>Demonstrating PAS or admin systems to NHS audiences </li><br><li>Supporting formal bids (PMEs, ITTs, Outline Business Cases) </li><br><li>Liaising with Sales, Product, and R&D to close non-clinical and functional gaps </li><br><li>Responding to technical questions with credible, patient-centred use cases </li><br></ul> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
