<p><p>VANRATH are delighted to be supporting a Public Sector employer who are actively seeking a <strong>Patch Manager </strong> to join their team in <strong>Fermanagh </strong>. </p><p><strong>What's in it for you? </strong> </p><ul><li>£16.90 per hour </li><li>Temp-Perm </li><li>Flexible working options for a healthy work-life balance </li><li>Excellent working environment </li> </ul><p><strong>About your next employer </strong> </p><p>Our client is a respected public sector organisation committed to providing sustainable housing solutions and tackling homelessness across Northern Ireland. </p><p><strong>About you </strong> </p><ul><li>Degree (Level 6) or equivalent and at least 1 year's experience in a customer support environment, or </li><li>BTEC Higher Cert/Diploma (Level 5) in Housing and 1 year's experience, or </li><li>Equivalent professional development and 3 years' relevant experience </li><li>Proven background in delivering excellent customer service </li><li>Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload </li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with confidence in handling challenging situations </li><li>Full current driving licence or access to suitable transport </li> </ul><p><strong>What you'll do </strong> </p><ul><li>Deliver a customer-focused housing management service within your allocated area ("patch") </li><li>Manage tenancies from commencement through to termination, ensuring compliance and sustainability </li><li>Support tenants to maintain their homes and resolve issues such as rent arrears, anti-social behaviour, or tenancy concerns </li><li>Liaise with contractors and other agencies to ensure estates and properties are maintained to a high standard </li><li>Promote community involvement and cohesion by engaging with residents, local partners, and support organisations </li><li>Contribute to planned maintenance and redevelopment projects through consultation and coordination </li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring all activity complies with organisational policy and governance frameworks </li> </ul><p><strong>For further information on this opportunity, or any other position in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link or contact Conor Birch in the strictest confidence. </strong> </p><p > IND04 </p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>housing advisor public sector customer support case management housing solutions </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong> <br>Additional Benefits </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
