Operations Technician

<p><strong>Operations Technician </strong><br><strong>Location: </strong> Bridgend<br><strong>Pay: </strong>  £18.17 per hour<br><strong>Contract: </strong> Temporary<br><strong>Shifts: </strong><br>24/7 rotating shift pattern consisting of 12-hour shifts:<br><ul><li>6:00am – 6:00pm </li><li>6:00pm – 6:00am </li><li>Shifts will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays on a rotating basis. </li> </ul><br>Pertemps are currently recruiting for an operations Technician to join a busy production environment for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience who are looking to join a fast-paced operational team.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><br><ul><li>Operating and supporting production line activities </li><li>Monitoring production yields and escalating issues in line with reaction escalation procedures </li><li>Monitoring and topping up consumables on production lines as required </li><li>Preparing materials and equipment for use within the ECA (Environmentally Controlled Area) </li><li>Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the work area </li><li>Working collaboratively with the wider operations team to ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved </li><li>Following all site safety, hygiene and operational procedures at all times </li> </ul><br><strong>Requirements: </strong><br><ul><li>Relevant production/manufacturing or operational experience </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>Strong teamwork skills </li><li>Flexible and adaptable approach due to the demands of the operation </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment </li> </ul><br>To Apply, please attach your CV or call the office on for more information </p>
