This is a newly created opportunity for a Newly Qualified Accountant to join a growing finance team within a manufacturing environment. The role offers excellent exposure, hands-on experience, and a clear progression path. </p><p><strong>The Role </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Monthly Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of management accounts, variance analysis, and reporting across UK and international manufacturing operations. </p> </li><li><p>Budgeting & Forecasting Support the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. </p> </li><li><p>Product Costing & Inventory Maintain and develop product costing models and support inventory valuation, controls, and reporting. </p> </li><li><p>Financial Compliance Assist with statutory reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls. </p> </li><li><p>Systems & Projects Support finance and operational projects, including the implementation of new MRP, CRM, and MI reporting systems. </p> </li> </ul><strong>The Person </strong><ul><li><p>Newly qualified (or recently qualified) ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant. </p> </li><li><p>Experience or strong interest in a manufacturing environment. </p> </li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain financial data. </p> </li><li><p>Good Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems. </p> </li><li><p>Proactive, detail-driven, and keen to develop within a hands-on finance role. </p> </li> </ul><p>For more information reach out to Chris at Artemis Human Capital. </p><p><br></p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>Audit Management Accountant Forecasts Budgeting ERP </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong> <br>Paid Holidays Parking Pension Fund Flexible working hours </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
