<p><strong>National Account Manager - Frozen Food / Bakery products - UK </strong> </p><p>£45,000 - £50,000 OTE £100,000+ (Uncapped commission) </p><p>Monday - Friday, Company Car or car allowance, Tailored Benefits Package </p><p><br /> Our client is a leading bakery manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products that's quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a <strong>National Account Manager </strong>to join their sales team.<br /> <br /> <strong>Role & Responsibilities </strong>:<br /> <br /> Increasing wholesale customer portfolio including identifying opportunities, communicating with new and existing clients, building and developing relationships </p><p>Formulating customer specific sales plans/strategies </p><p>Develop and execute strategic plans </p><p>Develop and execute on pricing strategies </p><p>Understand customer KPIs, targets and review performance </p><p>Customer facing including presentations to large wholesale customers including product samples organizing and managing regular customer meetings </p><p>Completing market reviews, designing sales strategy </p><p>Liaising with the New Product Development team and the technical teams </p><p>Manage and direct all sales efforts as National Account Manager for assigned customers across the UK </p><p>Defend and expand existing base of own brand and white brand sales </p><p>Participate in the development, implementation and achievement of annual budgets. </p><p>Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy and manage total opportunity pipeline. </p><p>Work closely with Supply Chain team to maximise sustainable sales </p><p><br /> <br /> <strong>Knowledge, Skills & Experience: </strong><br /> Previous Account Management and Business Development experience within the FMCG sector, particularly bakery, frozen food </p><p>Experience dealing with retailers </p><p>Experience presenting and selling to large group buyers </p><p>Excellent communication skills </p><p>Ability to multitask </p><p><br /> <strong>Benefits Package: </strong><br /> £45,000 - £50,000 OTE £100,000+ (Uncapped commission) </p><p>Monday - Friday, Company Car or car allowance, Tailored Benefits Package </p> <p>If you are interested in the role or looking for something similar please contact our Managing Consultant, Emma Hardman </p> <p>If you are interested in this position please click 'apply'. </p><p>Hunter Selection Limited is a recruitment consultancy with offices UK wide, specialising in permanent & contract roles within Engineering & Manufacturing, IT & Digital, Science & Technology and Service & Sales sectors. </p><p><br /><em>Please note as we receive a high level of applications we can only respond to applicants whose skills & qualifications are suitable for this position.
