<p><p><strong>REED </strong> are delighted to be assisting a fantastic Client with the Recruitment of a <strong>HR Officer </strong> to join a dynamic Team based in <strong>Magherafelt </strong>. </p><p>HR Officer </p><p><strong>12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Must have a Driving License </strong> </p><p>Monday - Friday - 09:00 - 17:00 (Flexible Start Times) </p><p>Salary - Fully Negotiable + Great Package </p><p>You will act as a first point of contact for employee queries, support managers with day-to-day people matters, and maintain accurate HR records and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and collaborative HR professional to contribute to a positive workplace culture and wider business objectives. </p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Act as first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries </li><li>Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation </li><li>Support employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes </li><li>Manage absence, probation and performance review processes </li><li>Assist with recruitment, onboarding and contract preparation </li><li>Maintain HR systems, personnel files and data integrity </li><li>Compile HR reports and key metrics for management </li><li>Support payroll preparation through accurate data input and benefits administration </li><li>Coordinate training and development activities and support wider HR projects </li><li>Promote employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives </li><li>Conduct exit interviews and analyse trends </li> </ul><p>About You </p><p><strong>Essential </strong> </p><ul><li>Third-level qualification in a relevant discipline </li><li>Minimum 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role </li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law and best practice </li><li>Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office </li><li>High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data </li><li>Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills </li><li>Professional, proactive and able to work collaboratively </li> </ul><p><strong>Desirable </strong> </p><ul><li>CIPD Level 3 or above (or equivalent) </li><li>Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment </li><li>Full driving licence and access to own transport </li> </ul><p><strong>Closing date for applications: </strong> <strong>22 May 2026 </strong> </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
