<p><p><strong>Installation & Commissioning Manager </strong><br><strong>Location </strong>: Dungannon<br><strong>Generous salary with Bonus </strong><br>An established and globally recognised engineering business is seeking an experienced Installation & Commissioning Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex projects across an international customer base.<br>This is a senior leadership role, responsible for managing installation and commissioning activities across a full project portfolio, ensuring delivery against customer expectations, budgets, and quality standards.<br><strong>The Role </strong><br>Reporting to the Business Line Director, you will lead a team of service and commissioning engineers, ensuring a high-quality, efficient and customer-focused installation service. You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving processes, and driving best practice across all installation and commissioning activities.<br>You will work closely with project management, operations, and commercial teams to ensure projects are planned effectively, executed efficiently, and delivered on schedule.<br>Key responsibilities include: </p><ul><li>Leading, developing and mentoring a team of installation and commissioning engineers </li><li>Reviewing current installation and commissioning processes, identifying gaps, and implementing best practice improvements </li><li>Ensuring all installation activities are planned in line with operational capacity, customer expectations, and project timelines </li><li>Driving performance through KPI tracking, reporting, and data-led decision making </li><li>Supporting project planning and pricing teams with realistic timelines and resource requirements </li><li>Ensuring site readiness and internal readiness processes are robust and consistently applied </li><li>Managing subcontractors, ensuring competency, compliance, and alignment with company standards </li><li>Maintaining strong communication with senior stakeholders on project progress, risks, and challenges </li><li>Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and best practice </li><li>Driving continuous improvement across installation and commissioning activities </li> </ul><p><strong>Candidate Profile </strong> </p><ul><li>Third-level qualification in Engineering or equivalent experience </li><li>Strong leadership experience in an installation and commissioning environment </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines </li><li>Strong technical engineering background with hands-on experience </li><li>Experience in customer-facing roles within engineering or manufacturing </li><li>Knowledge of plant optimisation, commissioning, and troubleshooting </li><li>Experience with washing and/or recycling equipment is highly desirable </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills </li><li>Ability to influence at both strategic and operational levels </li><li>Full clean driving licence and valid passport, with willingness to travel internationally </li> </ul><p><strong>What's on Offer </strong> </p><ul><li>Competitive salary package </li><li>Car allowance </li><li>Performance-related bonus </li><li>Private healthcare </li><li>Generous holiday allowance </li><li>Pension scheme </li><li>Life assurance </li><li>Opportunity to work within a global, forward-thinking organisation </li><li>Clear pathways for career progression and professional development </li> </ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineering leader to take ownership of a critical function within a growing and innovative business.<br>If you would like to discuss this role or any other roles, apply or reach out to <br>INDKY </p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>INSTALL COMISSION MANAGER ENGINEERING PROJECTS CI </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong> <br>Bonus & Car Allowance </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
