<p><p><strong>Enso Recruitment </strong>are proud to be working with a<strong>growing, client-focused organisation </strong> who are investing in their technology capability. </p><p><br></p><p>They are now seeking a <strong>Head of Technology </strong> to define and deliver their technology strategy while driving the development of scalable, client-facing solutions. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a senior leadership role within a lean environment, offering the opportunity to shape technology direction while remaining close to delivery. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity </strong> </p><p>Youll take ownership of the organisations technology strategy, with a strong focus on <strong>Salesforce integration, API-led architecture, and scalable digital solutions </strong>. </p><p><br></p><p>This role blends strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery, making it ideal for someone who can optimise Salesforce and connected platforms while ensuring technology decisions support client experience, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. </p><p><br></p><p>Youll work closely with senior stakeholders, external partners, and delivery teams to shape a technology ecosystem that is secure, scalable, and fit for a regulated financial services environment. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Define and deliver a <strong>business-aligned technology strategy </strong> including the technology roadmap </li><li>Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on technology, innovation, and risk </li><li>Own the architecture and evolution of <strong>Salesforce and connected systems </strong> </li><li>Design and deliver <strong>API-driven integrations </strong> across internal and external platforms </li><li>Lead the development and optimisation of <strong>client-facing platforms and SaaS solutions </strong> </li><li>Oversee system scalability, performance, and security </li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, Salesforce partners, and technology providers </li><li>Lead delivery of key technology initiatives, ensuring they meet business and client needs </li><li>Drive a <strong>product and platform mindset </strong> across technology initiatives </li><li>Establish robust <strong>governance, risk, and compliance frameworks </strong> </li><li>Ensure alignment with regulatory and data protection requirements </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You </strong> </p><ul><li>Proven experience in a <strong>senior technology leadership role </strong> such as Head of Technology, CTO, or similar </li><li>Strong background in <strong>financial services, fintech, or regulated environments </strong> </li><li>Deep experience with <strong>Salesforce architecture, configuration, optimisation, and ecosystem management </strong> </li><li>Experience delivering <strong>Salesforce-led solutions </strong>, including integrations with internal and external systems </li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>API design, integration patterns, and middleware platforms </strong> </li><li>Experience building scalable, integration-led platforms and client-facing technology solutions </li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>modern SaaS ecosystems and composable architecture </strong> </li><li>Experience working in <strong>lean teams </strong>, leveraging vendors, Salesforce partners, and external technology providers </li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills </li><li>Commercially aware, with the ability to balance innovation, cost, and risk </li><li>Hands-on mindset, comfortable operating across both strategy and delivery </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits </strong> </p><ul><li>Hybrid working </li><li>Bonus </li><li>Private healthcare </li><li>Pension </li><li>L&D opportunities </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To find out more about this opportunity, submit your CV below, or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today! </strong> </p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>Salesforce Financial Services Fintech Digital Solutions </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
