<p><p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Graduate Quality Engineer </strong> to join our aerospace team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within a highly regulated industry. </p><p>You will support the implementation of quality systems, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and contribute to maintaining the highest levels of product integrity and safety. </p><p><strong>??? </strong><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Support the <strong>Quality Management System (QMS) </strong> in line with <strong>AS9100 / ISO 9001 standards </strong> </li><li>Assist in conducting <strong>internal audits </strong>, inspections, and compliance checks </li><li>Investigate <strong>non-conformances (NCRs) </strong> and support root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone) </li><li>Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues </li><li>Contribute to <strong>corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) </strong> </li><li>Support supplier quality activities, including audits and performance monitoring </li><li>Review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance </li><li>Assist in collecting and analysing quality data to drive continuous improvement </li><li>Participate in customer and regulatory audits </li><li>Maintain accurate quality records and documentation </li> </ul><p><strong>?? </strong><strong>Qualifications & Requirements </strong> </p><p><strong>Essential: </strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Bachelors degree in:<ul type="circle"><li>Aerospace Engineering </li><li>Mechanical Engineering </li><li>Manufacturing Engineering </li><li>Or related discipline </li> </ul> </li><li>Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) </li> </ul><p><strong>Desirable: </strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Knowledge of <strong>quality standards (AS9100, ISO 9001) </strong> </li><li>Familiarity with quality tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma) </li><li>Internship or placement experience in aerospace or manufacturing environment </li><li>Understanding of technical drawings and GD&T </li><li>Exposure to ERP or quality management systems </li> </ul><p><strong>?? </strong><strong>Key Skills & Competencies </strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Critical thinking and root cause analysis </li><li>Strong organisational skills </li><li>Ability to work in a regulated, safety-critical environment </li><li>Initiative and willingness to learn </li><li>Problem-solving mindset </li> </ul><p><strong>? </strong><strong>What We Offer </strong> </p><ul type="disc"><li>Competitive salary and benefits package </li><li>Career development and progression opportunities </li><li>Supportive and collaborative team environment </li><li>Access to training and professional development resources </li> </ul><p><strong>Hours </strong> </p><p>Monday Thursday 07.00 16.00 Fri 07.00 12.00noon OR </p><p>Monday Thursday , Friday 08.00 12.00 noon </p><p>Salary discussed at interview, depending on experience </p><p><strong>All interested parties to apply in writing enclosing their CV to </strong> </p><p><br></p><p><strong>by 12.00 noon on Friday 12th June 2026 </strong> </p> </p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong> <br>Group Life Assurance Parking Health Care Enhanced maternity/paternity Social Events Paid Health Care appointments Enhanced holiday allowance </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
