Forklift Operator Toome

<p><p><strong>Job Role </strong> </p><p>This role of a Forklift Operator is based our factory in Toome. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Forklift Operatives to support our daily operations. This role involves operating forklifts to move, load, and store goods efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p> Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment </p><p> Load and unload goods from lorries and containers </p><p> Transport materials to designated storage areas </p><p> Stack and organise pallets in line with warehouse procedures </p><p> Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults </p><p> Assist with stock control and inventory checks </p><p> Following all health and safety procedures at all times </p><p> Reporting any damage, defects, or safety concerns to management </p><p> Supporting general yard and workshop duties as required </p><p> General housekeeping and maintenance of equipment </p><p><strong>Requirements </strong> </p><p> Valid forklift licence (e.g., RTITB or ITSSAR accredited) </p><p> Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred </p><p> Good attention to detail and organisational skills </p><p> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </p><p> Strong understanding of health and safety practices </p><p> Attention to detail </p><p> Quality and safety awareness </p><p> Motivated and willing to learn </p><p>Hours of work </p><p>Monday-Thursday 6am-4.30pm </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location </strong> </p><p><br></p><p>SDC Trailers 116 Deerpark Road, Toome BT41 3SS </p><p><strong><br></strong> </p><p><strong>We are an equal opportunities employer </strong> </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
