<p><p><strong>Job Description </strong>: Faade Manager </p><p><strong>Location: </strong> London </p><p><strong>Salary: </strong> £60k - £80k (depending on experience) </p><p>*Full subsistence package for candidates travelling from NI/ROI* </p><p>On behalf of my client, I am recruiting for Faade Manager to join them on one of their signature large scaled mixed developments such as Student Accommodation and multi-level office block developments in Leeds. </p><p>Duties: </p><p> To manage the daily activities of subcontractors, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme. </p><p> To manage the costs associated with the works and any variations, should they arise. </p><p> Lead weekly progress meetings and produce the required timeline of works / action points. </p><p> Subcontractor management to ensure projects are delivered on time and compliant. </p><p> Experience in traditional brick facades is preferable. </p><p>This is an excellent opportunity to progress with one of the UK's leading construction contractors. </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
