You will work closely with Employment Advisors and delivery teams to make matches that work for everyone. </p><h3><br></h3><h3>What You Will Do </h3><ul><li >Build and manage a live portfolio of employer relationships </li><li >Proactively generate vacancies aligned to local labour market demand </li><li >Secure job opportunities that participants can realistically sustain </li><li >Shape employerled recruitment activity and volume hiring where required </li><li >Maintain momentum through consistent followup and communication </li><li >Track job starts and sustainment outcomes accurately </li><li >Keep CRM records up to date and compliant </li> </ul><h3><br></h3><h3>Employer / Stakeholder Element </h3><p>You will act as a trusted recruitment partner to employers. </p><p>You will represent Get Set UK professionally with employers, Jobcentre Plus and local partners.
