Electrical Supervisor / Project Delivery Manager

<p><p>Our client is seeking an Electrical Supervisor / PM to support the successful delivery of electrical packages across a range of commercial, industrial and construction projects. </p><p><br></p><p>This role combines day-to-day site leadership with broader project coordination responsibilities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with programme, quality and commercial requirements. </p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will act as a key point of coordination between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and project leadership, helping to drive delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover. </p><p><br></p><p>This opportunity would suit an experienced Electrical Supervisor looking to broaden their responsibilities and progress into wider project delivery or Project Management. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><p><br></p><p>Site Delivery & Supervision </p><ul><li>Manage and coordinate electrical installation teams on live projects </li><li>Ensure works are progressing in line with programme requirements and key milestones </li><li>Coordinate labour, materials and subcontractor activities </li><li>Monitor site productivity, quality and installation progress </li><li>Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation </li><li>Ensure works are completed in line with required standards and project expectations </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Project Coordination </p><ul><li>Support short-term programme planning and delivery sequencing </li><li>Coordinate with wider site teams and subcontractors to maintain project progress </li><li>Identify and escalate delivery risks or site issues </li><li>Attend project meetings and provide updates on progress and resource requirements </li><li>Support commissioning activities and handover preparation </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Health & Safety </p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with all site safety procedures and standards </li><li>Deliver toolbox talks and site briefings where required </li><li>Ensure RAMS, permits and safe systems of work are followed </li><li>Promote a strong health and safety culture across site teams </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Commercial & Reporting </p><ul><li>Support material planning and labour allocation </li><li>Monitor and report variations, delays and scope changes </li><li>Maintain accurate site records and progress reporting </li><li>Support commercial teams with delivery updates and project information </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Candidate Profile </p><ul><li>Fully qualified electrician with strong experience across commercial, industrial or construction projects </li><li>Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role </li><li>Experience managing electrical installation teams on live projects </li><li>Strong understanding of drawings, specifications and installation sequencing </li><li>Good organisational and planning capability </li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills </li><li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery </li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Desirable </p><ul><li>Experience delivering electrical packages within commercial, industrial or large-scale construction environments </li><li>Exposure to coordinated project delivery and multi-trade site environments </li><li>Experience supporting commissioning, testing and project handover activities </li><li>Awareness of programme planning and site delivery sequencing </li><li>Commercial awareness, including variations, scope changes and cost implications </li> </ul> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>Electrical Project Delivery multi-trade site environments </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
