<p><p><strong>Bela Recruitment </strong> is hiring a <strong>Customer Service Representative </strong> (Order Processing) to work in <strong>Dungannon, Tyrone, Northern Ireland. </strong><br></p><p><strong>The Company </strong><br>A brilliant local employer and a supportive team. You will be processing sales orders from 3-4 key accounts daily (No Cold Calling, all sales come from existing business customers, which have long-term contracts and will be calling or emailing daily to place orders).<br>Training provided & career progression opportunities.<br>Immediate Interviews & Start Date available </p><p><br><strong>Responsibilities </strong><br>Answering calls and emails from a key accounts, in a professional and supportive manner.<br>Provide help with general enquiries - such as stock availability, lead times for delivery, and invoice queries.<br>Process sales orders onto the IT system and help customers use the online portal for ordering.<br>Create pick notes for the warehouse staff to build orders, report on key account activity, conduct stock adjustments on the IT systems, and process product exchanges.<br>Ensure all contract service agreements are being followed to ensure excellent customer service.<br>Support internal departments with key account queries. </p><p><br><strong>Requirements </strong><br>You need previous, Office based, Customer Service experience, ideally processing sales orders & providing great customer service to business clients.<br>Ideally used to working in a fast paced, high-volume environment daily.<br>Informative, friendly and supportive attitude.<br>Ability to prioritise and manage your daily workload and strong attention to detail.<br>Working knowledge of Word & Excel and willing to learn the in-house IT system.<br>GCSEs (minimum of 4 at grade C or above, including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications or experience.<br>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word Excel. </p><p><br><strong>Rewards </strong><br>Salary between £26000 - £27,000 + annual salary increases.<br>Working for a fantastic local employer in stunning offices.<br>Option of 1 day hybrid and option of early finish Fridays at 1pm.<br>Company events.<br>Health & Wellbeing programs.<br>On the job training, support & development.<br>Company branded clothing provided.<br>Pension.<br>Paid Holidays including set closures all Christmas & New Year closed.<br>Onsite Parking.<br>Career progression opportunities.<br>Immedidate interviews and start date available!
