Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take ownership of the finance function while delivering commercial insight and strategic support to drive continued growth. </p><p>This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business, influencing decision-making, and operating across both strategic and operational levels. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Ownership of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and clear, insightful commentary </p> </li><li><p>Deliver financial modelling, pricing analysis, and commercial insight to support strategic initiatives </p> </li><li><p>Manage cashflow forecasting, working capital, and financial planning </p> </li><li><p>Maintain robust financial controls, reporting processes, and lead year-end audit coordination </p> </li><li><p>Partner with senior leadership and operational teams to drive performance and profitability </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>The Person </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong post-qualified experience </p> </li><li><p>Proven background in management accounting, forecasting, and financial analysis </p> </li><li><p>Commercially minded with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight </p> </li><li><p>Hands-on and proactive, comfortable operating in a broad or stand-alone finance role </p> </li><li><p>Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the business </p> </li> </ul><p>For further information or a confidential discussion, please contact Chris at Artemis Human Capital. </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
