<h2>Collections Officer - Former Tenant Arrears & Parking </h2>Location: Teddington South west London with flexibilitySalary: 30,630 per annum - Pro-rata 15,315<p><strong>Who were looking for </strong> </p><p><strong><u>Part time 18 hours per week - 3 months fixed term </u> </strong> </p><p>As part of our Rents team, youll use your stellar communication and customer service skills to support customers to pay their rent arrears after tenancies have ended and their parking charges. As part of the role, youll be tracing former tenants with outstanding balance and taking appropriate steps to ensure the balance is paid in full. Youll be responding to routine enquiries from tenants and collection agencies through different channels and liaise with debt collection agents where needed. </p><p>Youll need experience of working in an administrative role within a fast paced environment and be able to communicate clearly and thoughtfully.
