<h2>Casual Yard Groom - Cirencester, Gloucestershire </h2><p><strong>Casual Yard Groom </strong> </p><p><strong>Royal Agricultural University Equestrian Centre – Fosse Hill Farm, Cirencester </strong> </p><p><strong>Pay </strong> is £12.71 per hour for those aged 21 and over, or £10.85 per hour for those aged 20 and under, plus 12.07% holiday pay. </p><p><strong>Contract </strong>: casual </p><p><strong>Hours </strong> – up to 25 hours per week </p><p>We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Casual Yard Grooms to join our friendly team at the RAU Equestrian Centre. This is a flexible casual role offering up to 25 hours per week on a rota basis, making it ideal for students looking to gain hands-on equine experience alongside their studies. </p><p>If you enjoy working with horses and being part of a busy equestrian environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. You will support the day-to-day running of the yard, including horse care, stable management and maintaining high standards across the site. You will also work closely with staff, students and clients as part of a welcoming and professional team. </p><p>We are looking for candidates with confident horse handling skills, a practical and hardworking approach, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous equine experience is essential, while BHS qualifications or machinery experience would be an advantage.
