We're now looking to expand our team with an experienced Car Valeter / Detailer who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of first impressions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in vehicle preparation and detailing, who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, professional environment. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Carrying out full interior and exterior valets to a high standard. </p> </li><li><p>Machine polishing, waxing, and paintwork enhancement. </p> </li><li><p>Interior shampooing, leather cleaning, and fabric protection. </p> </li><li><p>Applying finishing touches for showroom-ready presentation. </p> </li><li><p>Identifying and reporting damage or defects. </p> </li><li><p>Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the valeting bay and equipment. </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in valeting/detailing is essential (minimum 3 years preferred). </p> </li><li><p>Previous experience in using Machine Polishers / Buffing. </p> </li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high standards. </p> </li><li><p>Ability to work efficiently and independently under time constraints. </p> </li><li><p>Good understanding of valeting products and tools. </p> </li><li><p>Full UK driving licence (manual) required. </p> </li><li><p>Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all conditions. </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>What We Offer: </strong> </p><ul><li><p>Competitive pay (based on experience) OTE £32,000 per annum. </p> </li><li><p>Full-time, permanent position with job security. </p> </li><li><p>Supportive and friendly team environment. </p> </li><li><p>Well-maintained facilities and quality products. </p> </li><li><p>Opportunities for growth within a respected local dealership. </p> </li> </ul><p><strong>How to Apply: </strong> </p><p>If you're an experienced Valeter / Detailer looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you.
