<p><strong>Job Title: </strong>Call Handler<br><strong>Location: </strong> Crawley<br><strong>Job Type: </strong> Full-Time / Temp<br><strong>Salary: </strong> Competitive, depending on experience<br><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong><br><ul><ul><li>Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Accurately log call details and update internal systems </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Maintain confidentiality and comply with company procedures </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Provide customers with accurate information and support </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Follow up on outstanding queries where required </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets </li> </ul> </ul><br><strong>Skills and Experience Required </strong><br><ul><ul><li>Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role preferred </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Excellent verbal communication and listening skills </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Good IT and data entry skills </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Ability to remain calm under pressure </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>Professional and friendly telephone manner </li> </ul> </ul><ul><ul><li>GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred </li> </ul> </ul> </p>
