Art Therapist

<p><p>Kilbroney House is a small, family run, Mental Health and Nursing care home, set in the Heart of Rostrevor, at the foot of the beautiful and scenic, Mourne Mountains. </p><p>We are committed to delivering person-centred, holistic care, supporting emotional wellbeing alongside physical health. We are looking to enhance our service through specialist therapeutic input </p><p>We are seeking a HCPC Registered Art Therapist, to provide specialist therapeutic support on a 1:1 basis 2 hours a week. </p><p>Essential criteria </p><ul><li>Registered with the Health and care council (HCPC) </li><li>(BAAT) British Association of Art Therapists or eq </li><li>Experience working with individuals with learning disability and/or personality disorder, behaviours that challenge </li><li>Understanding of trauma informed care </li><li>Risk awareness and boundaries </li><li>Enhanced Access NI check required </li> </ul><p>This is a specialist role, suited to an experienced therapist who is confident working independently within a care home environment while collaborating with the wider care team. </p> </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
