<p><p><strong>Ocho </strong>is delighted to be partnering with a well-established business operating across Northern Ireland. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced <strong>accounts receivable professional </strong>to join a busy finance function. This is a role for someone who is organised, commercially aware, and confident chasing payments without damaging relationships. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Manage and monitor a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring balances are kept up to date </li><li>Contact customers proactively by phone and email to resolve outstanding payments </li><li>Carry out credit vetting and set up account terms and conditions </li><li>Process monthly statements, reminder letters and end-of-month debtor communications </li><li>Reconcile accounts and produce daily and month-end reports </li><li>Liaise closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve account queries quickly </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What You'll Need </strong> </p><ul><li>Previous experience in an accounts receivable role </li><li>Strong numerical skills minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or equivalent </li><li>Confident communicator, comfortable handling payment conversations professionally </li><li>Organised, accurate and able to manage a busy workload independently </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Why Apply? </strong> </p><ul><li>Progression opportunities </li><li>Flexible working </li><li>Social events throughout the year </li><li>Generous leave entitlement </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>How to Apply </strong> </p><p>Interested in finding out more?
