<p><p><strong>Enso Recruitment </strong>are delighted to be working with a<strong>well-established organisation </strong> who are continuing to invest in their internal technology. </p><p><br></p><p>They are now seeking a <strong>2nd Line Support Engin </strong><strong>eer (Business Central) </strong> to join their IT team and support the ongoing improvement of critical business systems. </p><p><br></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, process improvement, and working closely with users across the business within a collaborative environment. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Opportunity </strong> </p><p>Youll play a key role in supporting and improving core business systems, with a particular focus on <strong>Dynamics 365 Business Central </strong>. </p><p><br></p><p>This role combines <strong>2nd line support, systems analysis, and continuous improvement </strong>, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both resolving technical issues and identifying opportunities to improve how systems and processes operate. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities </strong> </p><ul><li>Provide <strong>2nd line support </strong> across core business systems, including <strong>Dynamics 365 Business Central </strong> </li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and user issues efficiently </li><li>Support IT-related projects, including testing, reporting, and issue management </li><li>Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation </li><li>Work closely with users, internal teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure systems meet business requirements </li><li>Use <strong>AI tools </strong> alongside <strong>Power Platform tools, </strong> including <strong>PowerApps and Power Automate </strong>, to support automation and improve efficiency </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to user support and training </li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, reporting, and operational processes </li><li>Participate in an on-call rota to support business continuity where required </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>About You </strong> </p><ul><li><strong>1+ years </strong> experience in an <strong>IT Support or Systems Support role </strong> </li><li>Experience working with <strong>Dynamics 365 Business Central </strong> </li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills </li><li>Experience with <strong>Microsoft Power Platform </strong> tools such as <strong>PowerApps and Power Automate </strong> </li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements </li><li>Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical users </li><li>Proactive, organised, and eager to learn </li><li>Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites where required </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits </strong> </p><ul><li>Hybrid working </li><li>25 days PTO + stat days </li><li>L&D opportunities </li><li>Life assurance </li><li>Pension </li> </ul><p><br></p><p><strong>To find out more about this opportunity, submit your CV below, or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today! </strong> </p> </p><p><strong>Skills: </strong> <br>Business Central Power Platform PowerApps Power Automate </p><br/><p>WHJS1_NI </p>
