If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.</p><p>We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our supportive and nurturing team, working together to achieve the very best outcomes for its pupils and help make a real difference to their lives.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching all allocated areas of the primary curriculum to a small bespoke class group of up to 6 pupils, with the support of a Teaching Assistant. You will be required to plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the entire ability range.</p><p>You will be required to:</p><ul><li>Motivate pupils through enthusiastic, imaginative presentation</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and other professionals to ensure a high standard of education</li><li>Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to pupils, parents and colleagues</li><li>Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote pupil engagement and learning</li><li>Create and maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment for all pupils</li><li>Ensure all school policies and procedures are adhered to in line with the school values</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent</li><li>Successful SEN teaching experience</li><li>A good knowledge of the National Curriculum</li><li>Patience, empathy and a genuine commitment to the success of every pupil</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be covered by Polaris Community.</p><p>We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates.</p><p>We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.</p></div></div><div> </div><div> </div>PandoLogic.
