As a Line Lead, you will play a key role in delivering results through people, leading your team to achieve high standards across safety, quality, delivery and performance.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for a production line across 24 hours and multiple shifts. You will build a capable, engaged team, drive continuous improvement and ensure our standards are met every day.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p><p>Working on the shop floor, you will coach, guide and develop colleagues while using data, insight and structured problem-solving to eliminate losses and improve performance.
