When intelligence is trusted, innovation never stops.</b> <br><br><b>Position Overview:</b> The SaaS Key Account Executive at SiliconExpert will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the assigned industry and/or electronics industry, and the ability to deliver tailored SaaS and data centric solutions to clients.<br><br><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br><ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts, including senior level stakeholders.</li><li>Identify, qualify, and close strategic sales opportunities across your assigned accounts to drive global expansion and grow net revenue retention.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with partners to help uncover, position, and sell complex solutions which solve end to end workflows.</li><li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.</li><li>Understand and represent the voice of the customer to help shape product roadmap, and new strategic offerings.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior stakeholders both remotely and on-site.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of SiliconExpert.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.</li><li>5-8 Years of SaaS sales experience; experience managing/selling into large/strategic customers a must.</li><li>Experience/understanding of electrical components as they relate to one or more of the following industries is a major advantage: medical devices/healthcare, automotive/transportation, industrial manufacturing, semi-conductors, or contract manufacturing.</li><li>Experience selling data/AI solutions a major plus.</li><li>Experience closing 6 and/or 7 figure deal sizes (annualized) a must.</li><li>Experience with MEDDIC or other sales methodology for selling into large, complex accounts.</li><li>Proven experience selling complex solutions which include cross-functional alignment, and VP level or above signatory.</li><li>Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Naturally curious, emotionally intelligent, and willing to learn.</li><li>Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Willingness to travel as required.</li></ul><br><br><b>What is in it for you?</b> <br><ul><li>Attractive employee compensation package - salary consists of base and variable compensation</li><li>Company car</li><li>Reliable & trusting work environment</li><li>Remote employment contract</li><li>Cooperative team with flat structures and communication</li><li>Professional and personal development</li></ul><br><br>Arrow is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse working environment by providing equal employment opportunities for all qualified persons.<br><br>#LI-DK1<br><br><b><b>Location:</b></b><br>DE-Germany - Remote<br><br><b><b>Time Type:</b></b><br>Full time<br><br><b><b>Job Category:</b></b><br>Sales
