With an additional Personal day.</li> <li>Free gym membership for a friend or family member.</li> <li>Bonus Scheme</li> <li>Enhanced Maternity & paternity leave</li> <li>Employee Assistance Programme</li> <li>Private Healthcare</li> <li>Life assurance</li> <li>Pension Scheme</li> <li>Discounted legal services</li> <li>Funded first aid qualification.</li> <li>Group exercise training.</li> <li>Industry leading management development training courses.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> The Role:</strong></p> <p>A varied role, with responsibility for everything from financials to people development, you will focus on the following:</p> <ul> <li>Drive the performance of your gym by investing time in the detail, setting action plans for improvement and always ensuring a safe & legal environment.</li> <li>Foster a positive and motivating work environment.</li> <li>Establish a highly engaged team of Personal Trainer/Fitness Coaches and an Assistant Gym Manager; understand what motivates each of them, coach and develop your team to enhance their skills and career growth.</li> <li>Recruit Personal Trainer/ Fitness coaches and proactively find new ways to bring in new talent.</li> <li>Deliver an excellent member experience in your club through a constant focus on service and standards.</li> <li>Group Exercise: manage and improve GEX offering within the gym.</li> </ul> <p>Reporting into a Cluster Manager, you will be part of a talented team of Gym Managers and fitness professionals focused on creating an exceptional member experience and first-class standards. You will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for both your team and gym members. You will manage a team within your own club but will be expected to build close working relationships with other Gym Managers within your cluster, working together to strengthen performance across the area.</p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>If this sounds like your perfect next role, here’s what we’re looking for: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous management experience and a passion for fitness and wellbeing.</li> <li>Someone who embodies our mantra of ‘Feel PureGym good’ in all that they do.</li> <li>A passion for supporting people reach their full potential.</li> <li>You’ll be comfortable with managing budgets, financial reporting and inventory. </li> <li>A desire to do the right thing.
