Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.</span></p><p><span>You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!</span></p><p><span>In return, we use our automated technology to pre plan your route and pre-load your van!</span></p><p><span>Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.75 per hour.  You can also stack your earnings further with enhanced overtime to fund those special occasions!</span></p><p><span> All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.</span></p><p><span><strong>Pay Structure: </strong>The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
