<p><b> Retail Territory Development Manager, Greater London </b></p><p> Ready to make your mark in the retail flooring sector? </p><p> We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Territory Development Manager to grow and develop independent retail flooring accounts across Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established flooring brand and play a key role in building a scalable, profitable retail division from the ground up. </p><p> If you thrive on winning new business, reactivating dormant accounts, and building strong customer relationships, this could be the perfect next step in your career. </p><p><b> Package & Benefits </b></p><ul><li> Basic salary £45,000+ per annum </li><li> Quarterly KPI bonus </li><li> Quarterly company bonus </li><li> Monthly car allowance + uncapped mileage at 45p per mile </li><li> Holiday entitlement increasing with service (up to 24 days + bank holidays) </li><li> Pension scheme </li><li> Home / field based. Typical week: 4 days in the field, 1 day with the team at HQ in Slough. </li></ul><p><b> What You'll Be Doing </b></p><ul><li> Developing and growing your territory by identifying new opportunities and reactivating dormant accounts </li><li> Building long-term relationships with independent flooring retailers through regular face-to-face meetings (4 days per week in the field) </li><li> Driving commercial growth by increasing repeat business, own-brand sales, spend, and margin </li><li> Managing your sales pipeline and CRM activity while collaborating closely with internal operations teams </li><li> Taking ownership of your territory with a highly autonomous approach </li></ul><p><b> What We're Looking For </b></p><p><b> Essential: </b></p><ul><li> Proven experience in territory development or trade field sales </li><li> Strong relationship-building skills </li><li> Full UK driving licence </li><li> Based within or well-positioned to cover Greater London </li><li> Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office </li><li> Commercially aware, organised, resilient, and growth-focused mindset </li></ul><p><b> Desirable: </b></p><ul><li> Flooring industry experience or experience within a related sector </li></ul><p><b> Why Join? </b></p><p> This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to shape and grow a division within a thriving business.
