No formal experience is required, just a drive to support and inspire young people who may be facing difficult challenges. We'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.</p><p>The Role:</p><p>As a Secure Care Worker, you will be a vital part of a dedicated team, helping young people aged 10 to 17 find stability and hope during difficult times. You'll be providing hands-on care and support, engaging with them in day-to-day activities, education, and health-related matters. You'll also have the chance to focus on either 'intervention work' or 'activity work', depending on your interests and strengths.</p><p>Your role will involve:</p><ul><li>Offering care and emotional support to young people in a secure environment</li><li>Helping them build self-confidence and develop life skills</li><li>Supporting their education, health, and independence</li><li>Being a positive role model, making a lasting impact on their lives</li></ul><p>No two days are the same in this role, and you'll need to be ready for a challenge.
