(Pro Rata) - MYA Grade 5 Point 17-20</strong></p> <p><strong>Fixed Term Funded to 31st May 2027</strong></p> <p>Join Merseyside Youth Association’s friendly and energetic Youth Hub team as a <strong>Global Majority Outreach Mentor</strong> and help young people take the next step into work or training. You’ll be out in the community building relationships, offering <strong>one-to-one mentoring</strong>, and supporting young people to grow their confidence, develop skills and find real opportunities. This is a fast-paced, purposeful role where no two days are the same. It’s a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work closely with partners and employers, run sessions and events, and support young people into jobs, with a strong focus on helping them <strong>stay in work and succeed</strong>.
