This role is critical to ensuring plant reliability, resolving defects efficiently, and supporting high-performance operations in line with both company and client expectations.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the on-site lead for warranty and defect resolution activities</li><li>Coordinate contractors, specialists, and client teams to maintain or restore plant operation</li><li>Investigate root causes, implement corrective actions, and minimise warranty risk and cost</li><li>Support claims and cost recovery from subcontractors and partners</li><li>Maintain accurate records with clear, timely reporting to stakeholders</li><li>Ensure full compliance with HSE requirements and contribute to lessons learned</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in plant operation, construction, or commissioning</li><li>Strong technical problem-solving and organisational skills</li><li>Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and partners xwzovoh </li><li>Fluent English (written and spoken)</li><li>Proactive, ethical, and self-motivated team player</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What’s on Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Annual performance review and bonus</li><li>Pension scheme, life insurance, private medical and dental</li><li>Family private medical insurance</li><li>Collaborative, team-oriented culture within an international organisation</li></ul>
