Our office has a canteen, pool table, darts, and table tennis.</p><p>The role.This is an off-the-tools role, but it is not an entry-level job. The key thing we need is strong, hands-on diagnostic tool experience from the workshop.</p><p>PSA Group tooling experience is essential, especially DiagBox, used on Peugeot, Citroën, and Vauxhall (Stellantis) vehicles.</p><p>You’ll support garages and technicians remotely through our online platform, helping them diagnose faults, follow test plans, and get repairs right first time.</p><p>Key responsibilities.</p><ul><li>Carry out in-depth remote diagnostics using dealer-level tools and live data.</li><li>Use DiagBox on Peugeot, Citroën, and Vauxhall (Stellantis) vehicles to identify faults and guide repair steps.</li><li>Support technicians by chat, email, and phone with clear, practical advice.</li><li>Help customers work through fault codes, test plans, ECU functions, and system checks.</li><li>Carry out programming tasks where relevant to your experience and tooling (for example modules and keys).</li><li>Keep up to date with new systems, updates, and diagnostic methods.</li></ul><p>Skills and experience.</p><ul><li>Solid hands-on experience using diagnostic tools in a workshop environment.</li><li>Practical experience with dealer-level diagnostic equipment used to diagnose and repair vehicles.</li><li>Current or recent experience using DiagBox (PSA Group) is essential.</li><li>Strong fault-finding ability across electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Confident talking through diagnostics and repair steps with other technicians.</li><li>NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds, or equivalent is preferred, but time-served experience is also valued.</li><li>Comfortable working at pace and staying organised in an office-based role.</li></ul><p>Benefits.</p><ul><li>Salary circa £40,000 per year (negotiable depending on experience).</li><li>30 days’ holiday including bank holidays, increasing with service.</li><li>No weekend working.</li><li>Training, development, and certification opportunities.</li><li>Supportive, tech-driven team environment.</li><li>Modern office with canteen, pool table, darts and table tennis.</li></ul><p>How to apply for the role.If you’ve got strong dealer-level diagnostic experience and you know your way around DiagBox, we’d love to hear from you.
