UK Medical Lead - GLP-1 & Obesity Medicine - Fully Remote

<p><strong>UK Medical Lead – Weight Management / GLP-1</strong></p><p><strong>Part-Time | Fully Remote (UK Based) | £90–£120 per hour + Equity</strong></p><p><br><br>Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.<br></p><p>We are partnering with an innovative UK digital healthcare provider to appoint a <strong>Fractional UK Medical Lead</strong> to support the growth of a rapidly scaling remote weight management service.</p><p>This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for a doctor with strong experience in <strong>obesity medicine, metabolic health, endocrinology, or GLP-1 prescribing</strong>, combined with a solid understanding of <strong>telemedicine and online prescribing governance</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in developing safe, scalable prescribing frameworks and supporting high-quality patient care within a fast-moving digital health environment.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><ul><li>Develop and refine GLP-1 prescribing protocols and clinical frameworks</li><li>Support complex patient reviews and escalation pathways</li><li>Contribute to governance, audits, and clinical safety processes</li><li>Help ensure compliance within a UK private healthcare/CQC-regulated setting</li><li>Work closely with operational, pharmacy, and product teams</li><li>Translate clinical logic into scalable digital workflows and systems</li><li>Support both asynchronous and synchronous consultation models</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>GMC registered doctor with an active UK licence to practise</li><li>Strong experience in obesity management, metabolic health, endocrinology, or weight management</li><li>Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications</li><li>Good understanding of UK telemedicine and remote prescribing</li><li>Experience with governance, audits, protocols, or clinical frameworks</li><li>Comfortable operating within a fast-paced digital healthcare environment</li><li>Commercially aware while maintaining high clinical standards</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Desirable Experience</p><ul><li>Off-label GLP-1 protocol development</li><li>Leadership experience within digital health or telemedicine</li><li>Experience working with product/technology teams</li><li>Startup or scale-up healthcare experience</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Package</p><ul><li>£90–£120 per hour plus equity</li><li>Fully remote role (UK based)</li><li>Flexible part-time commitment</li><li>Opportunity to shape and scale a modern digital healthcare service</li></ul><p><br></p><p>For a confidential discussion, please get in touch. xwzovoh </p><p><strong>Email:</strong> Camila – </p><p><strong>Call:</strong> for a confidential chat</p><br>Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
