<p>Job Description</p><br>If your skills, experience, and qualifications match those in this job overview, do not delay your application.<br><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a hands-on UAV Prototyping Engineer to join an advanced engineering team developing next-generation drone systems.</p><p>This role covers the full product lifecycle — from concept design through to prototyping, testing, and production — in a fast-paced, R&D-driven environment.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design and develop UAV systems from initial concept to production</li><li>Build, test, and iterate drone prototypes</li><li>Contribute to design for manufacture and component selection</li><li>Support field testing, customer trials, and product validation</li><li>Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and production</li><li>Lead or contribute to design and development projects</li></ul><p>Skills & ExperienceEssential</p><ul><li>3–5 years’ experience with multi-rotor UAV platforms</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>UAV electronics and propulsion</li><li>communication protocols and RF systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with UAV build and prototyping</li><li>Proficiency in CAD/CAM tools (e.g. SolidWorks or Fusion 360)</li> xwzovoh <li>Experience reading and producing engineering drawings</li></ul><p>Desirable</p><ul><li>Experience with flight systems (e.g. Ardupilot, Pixhawk, Betaflight)</li><li>PCB or electronics design experience</li><li>3D printing or rapid prototyping capability</li><li>Drone pilot certification (A2 CofC / GVC)</li><li>Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail</li></ul>
