<p><strong>Face-to-Face Trainer Health & Social Care - UK Wide On the Road Delivery</strong></p><p><br><br>All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.<br></p><p>Are you a passionate and highly experienced Trainer making a real impact in the Health & Social Care sector?</p><p><br></p><p>Join us in improving standards across the Health & Social Care sector by delivering training that truly impacts lives.</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced, in person <strong>Trainer</strong> to join our growing team as an Associate delivering high-quality <strong>sector-specific, or clinical training</strong> across varying UK locations. <strong>This position requires you to drive and be happy travelling to various locations, within a reasonable distance across the UK.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Positions are offered as Associates and paid on a competitive, daily rate basis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>As a Trainer, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training sessions to a range of clients including NHS and emergency services, large care providers, local authorities and private healthcare organisations. <u>This is a demanding role ideal for someone who thrives in a face-to-face environment, is willing to travel to multiple organisations across the UK to raise the standard of care.</u></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver <strong>face-to-face, onsite training</strong> to multiple customers Health & Social Care settings.</li><li>Facilitate both <strong>mandatory and specialist courses</strong></li><li>Adapt training to suit different learning styles and environments</li><li>Ensure all content is aligned with <strong>UK legislation and best practice</strong></li><li>Support learners to develop competence and confidence in their roles</li><li>Travel across the UK to client sites</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience delivering training within <strong>Health & Social Care</strong></li><li>A qualified trainer with over xwzovoh 2 years in person training experience in Health and Social Care</li><li>Relevant clinical or care background</li><li>Recognised <strong>training/teaching qualification</strong> (e.g. AET/PTLLS or equivalent)</li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to engage and inspire diverse groups of learners</li><li>Full UK driving licence, car ownership and willingness to travel</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive day rate / salary (depending on experience)</li><li>Flexible working opportunities</li><li>Ongoing professional development</li><li>Opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing organisation</li></ul>
