What You’ll Do (The Role): As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full sales cycle — from winning new clients to placing top-tier talent across high-demand sectors like Tech, Engineering, and Life Sciences in the UK and Europe. You’ll be:<ul><li>Building your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking, and pitching</li><li>Sourcing high-level candidates and managing the full recruitment process</li><li>Becoming a market expert in your chosen niche</li><li>Owning your digital presence – LinkedIn, personal brand, marketing</li><li>Working directly with decision-makers in fast-moving industries</li><li>Closing deals, hitting targets, and earning commission from day one</li></ul> What’s In It For You:We don’t cap earnings — we reward output.
