<p><strong>Therapy Lead – Mental Health Services</strong></p><p> <strong>Location:</strong> South West London</p><p> <strong>Salary:</strong> £53,600</p><p> <strong>Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm</p><p><br><br>Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.<br></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic <strong>Therapy Lead</strong> to join a flagship mental health service, overseeing therapy provision across a large-scale inpatient and outpatient setting.</p><p>This is a <strong>purely managerial and operational role</strong> with <strong>no clinical caseload</strong>, offering an excellent opportunity for a senior therapist ready to step into a high-impact leadership position.</p><p><br></p><p>The Role</p><p>You will take responsibility for the <strong>day-to-day leadership, coordination, and oversight</strong> of therapy services across <strong>CAMHS and Eating Disorder wards</strong> within a 100-bed inpatient hospital, alongside extensive outpatient services.</p><p>Leading a team of approximately <strong>20 therapists</strong>, you will ensure high standards of care, strong team performance, and effective service delivery across multiple pathways.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Provide <strong>visible, hands-on leadership</strong> to a multidisciplinary therapy team</li><li>Oversee <strong>daily operations and service delivery</strong> across inpatient and outpatient therapy services</li><li>Lead, support, and develop a team of around 20 therapists</li><li>Ensure high-quality, consistent therapeutic provision across CAMHS and ED services</li><li>Drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement within the team</li><li>Work closely with senior leadership to support operational excellence</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Qualified <strong>therapist</strong> (essential)</li><li>Proven experience <strong>leading and managing therapy teams</strong></li><li>Strong leadership presence – <strong>approachable, visible, and decisive</strong></li><li>Excellent <strong>communication and organisational skills</strong></li><li>Experience working with <strong>complex teams and services</strong></li><li>Experience within <strong>CAMHS and/or Eating Disorders</strong> is desirable but not essential</li></ul><p><br></p><p>The Opportunity</p><p>This is a rare opportunity to step into a <strong>senior leadership role within a flagship service</strong>, offering both scale and complexity.
