This role requires a strong blend of test management, data validation, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on exposure to modern testing practices in Agile delivery environments.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and governance across multiple workstreams</li><li>Manage UAT activities, defect triaging, reporting, and stakeholder communication</li><li>Coordinate with business users, suppliers, vendors, development teams, and project leadership</li><li>Lead testing activities across integrated application ecosystems and complex data flows</li><li>Ensure test readiness, environment coordination, access management, and delivery tracking</li><li>Provide guidance to QA teams and ensure adherence to testing standards and processes</li><li>Monitor project progress, risks, audits, and status reporting for large-scale programs</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience as a Test Manager within enterprise delivery environments</li><li>Mandatory experience in UK General Insurance / P&C Insurance domain</li><li>Good understanding of underwriting, claims, policy administration, finance, and reinsurance processes</li><li>Ability to work with suppliers/vendors and manage UAT activities effectively</li><li>Hands-on experience in Data Validation, ETL/Data Migration Testing, and data-driven projects</li><li>Experience in Web Application Testing and Agile/Scrum delivery models</li><li>Expertise in Jira and test lifecycle management</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to work in cross-functional and client-facing environments</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul><li>Reinsurance domain experience</li><li>Exposure to API Testing tools such as Postman or SOAP UI</li><li>Understanding xwzovoh of Automation Testing tools like Selenium or Tosca</li><li>Basic knowledge of Performance Testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner</li><li>Exposure to AI/GenAI testing concepts is an advantage</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Background</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working within interconnected enterprise application landscapes</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Ability to manage distributed QA teams and drive delivery ownership</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualification</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Join a fast-paced delivery environment where you will contribute to large-scale digital transformation and testing programs within the insurance sector.</p>
